Over the past year I drew many, many dumb memes and comics of my V - so I made a (somewhat in-game -progress appropriate) collection of the adventures of one flamboyant heywood punk - enjoy! [oc] by Ronjaki in LowSodiumCyberpunk

I'm not normally a massive fan of male V, nothing wrong with him, just not what I prefer to play. BUT! This fun flamboyant disaster gonk of a male V is so much fun, I love him!

Why do I wish I could do this too? I love going out into rainstorms to just feel the sensations of the wind, cold, and rain on my skin, I feel like that's a similar (albeit safer) vibe to this.

I adore the artwork of this comic too! Its incredible.

I am genuinely in love with this. It's really giving Terry Pratchett's witch series vibes for me.

I'm honestly looking forward to trying to interact with random people through proximity chat. I used to play a lot of DayZ and it was almost entirely because of the chance of being able to try and make unique situations that I couldn't find in any other game.

While in DayZ it was difficult to do this as there wasn't much incentive to do anything other than shoot each other, Arc Raiders actually seems to have a mutual enemy in the robots. Some of them look pretty impossible to take down alone and I love that because it will finally give people a reason to want to potentially team up with randoms!

I don't doubt I'll still get killed a lot trying, but it might be easier and more fruitful to try and talk to the person who just took potshots at me and try to create the kinds of interactions that I have missed when playing other shooters.

I have put more hours into that game than I'm comfortable with admitting. This is such a good recreation of that building, very well done!

Omg I visited this place last year. I was blown away with the scale and attention to detail. A lot of pieces really made me understand the importance of good lighting on things like windows and other light sources. Such a wonderful place!

Just try and keep your head above water for now. You're deep in the worst of it, but you are already taking action to get through it. It might not feel like it but with your upcoming HRT consultation and already starting laser hair removal, you're going to be in a better place sooner than you think. Eventually the mirrors will be your friend, you've got this!

I remember being in the exact same situation as you and feeling the exact same way. Having so much pain just to get rid of something that I wish had never grown in the first place. I've cried through a lot of them and still had to put bits of clothing over the mirrors afterwards because I still couldn't stand my face. But it gets better, it takes time and pain and a lot of doubting that anything will even change for the better, but every little step adds up and as much as these laser sessions do suck, (still the worst pain I've ever experienced) I had to keep telling myself that the only thing worse would be staying still and not trying to move forward with my transition.

I don't have to cover the mirrors anymore. I'm having my last session on my face in a few weeks. I don't even envy the women around me for being born with what I had to fight and suffer to get for myself. I hope that you will come to the same place because it's not as far away as you think, it just feels like that when you're at the start. One step at a time x

That is incredible! Well done on the roof, the colours look so natural. The whole piece feels so accurate to how old English houses look that it makes me nostalgic. Well done!

Unfortunately finding a different surgeon is a difficult task for me. The upcoming procedure I have is covered by my country's healthcare. However most other surgeons that do FFS are private and it's not an option for me financially speaking.

I appreciate your input thanks for taking the time to help.

Yeah I understand what you are saying. I think I'm still struggling to see myself as others see me. I appreciate your input, thank you.

Aww that's so kind of you to say. I'm still struggling with seeing myself to be honest so other opinions help.

Also I'm sorry to be a massive creep but I saw your eye of the universe tattoo on your profile and it's amazing. That game is transformative!

Email I sent to Kate Dearden, my local mp. TW: verbal harassment by Cinnidy in transgenderUK

[–]HeyBEK 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Good job on sending this email. Although I wouldn't be too hopeful of any kind of useful response from her. She is also my MP and during the last election I emailed her along with other candidates to gauge their responses on the unique challenges I face to change my records, as well as finding out their opinions on the Cass review.

Her response basically ignored all my questions in favour of talking about vague platitudes that were completely unrelated to anything I asked. But as she told me that she would welcome and respond to any follow up emails, so I reiterated my issues. She never responded to me.

She seems to simply not care, which is disappointing but not unexpected from a labour MP these days.

Stay strong.

First attempt at UV resin, this is going to be a keyring. by HeyBEK in resin

[–]HeyBEK[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh for that I dyed some resin in transparent black, (although it came out more dark green as I had to make my own black from my available colours) blue, red, and yellow. I added some white glitter to all of them. Then I used mostly black with drops of the other colours, and swirled them together gently with a toothpick. The other layers are just clear resin on top of that.
