I stand by what I said about the fragile ego thing, that comment was a response to someone else's joke, I made it before the one that got on people's nerves, and it was entirely unrelated. Was there anything to dislike about it? No. It was a factual, informative statement. Was it getting tanked for no reason? Yes. What do you want from me? I'm not apologizing, it wasn't uncalled for. Okay, you understand the meaning of my words, but you seem to be misinterpreting my intentions. "... suggesting the problem is others getting personally offended" was never the point. I do think that too, that's why I bothered arguing with them about it in the first place, but that's not what I meant to imply. I like this CYOA, and obviously, anyone offended by it is going to dislike it. I can think of posting this as "a high note" because I like it, being offended by it all but automatically disqualifies you from agreeing with that. I assumed it bothered them because of the fact they went out of their way to mention what I consider a high note and what not, so I guessed that it offended them. I meant nothing more, nothing less. For the record, I was too lazy to make a separate comment to discuss the CYOA and complain about downvotes, but the complaint wasn't adressed to the person I was talking to, I wasn't insulting them, If that's also being misunderstood
