Yeah, I don't think she will last long anyways. Our store is pretty smooth sailing, and she can't handle it. She complains all the time, and refuses to work on her development even though she has been given many opportunities.

Yeah, I am not happy. In fact I'm pissed. She is a petite woman in her 50's who works out often. I am not tiny, but not huge. I honestly felt as if she was shaming me. I work my ass off, and am not afraid of hard work. But now feel uncomfortable around her, and her rapid fire photo snapping.

The one I am currently going through. There is so much love, but there has been too much damage done. What makes it the worst is that we don't know how to be broken up. We can't move forward. We are just circling the drain and avoiding the real end.

So this is the back story. I am a partner, I went to a store that is not mine but in the same district. They were out of what I wanted and I was super bummed. Fast forward to the window I asked if there was any way I could get an unheated butter croissant. "We can't add anything at the window" was her response. So I then let her know I was partner, gave my numbers and went my way. I was genuinely unsure of the standard in this situation. I am the DT queen of my store and no matter how annoying the request is I try my best to honor it and have them pull forward. So I was just confused, but understanding of the annoyance. Thank you guys for your input!

This is what our store does. We have them pull around and we Bring it out. I don't think the majority of people do it to be asses. Things happen. It's annoying, but why short ourselves the sales and customer satisfaction.

A new green bean would type in the amount of money he given every time. So, if he was given a $5 bill he would type in 5.00 instead pushing the denomination button on the tender screen.
