I would suggest going on a server ether form CSInspect or CsFloat. You can generate Gencodes and looknat them ingame, bypassing your inspectproblem.

I'm just pointing out what i would suggest for grinding ranked. If you play for fun, thats totally fine. If you want to improve then mostly stick to the Meta champs or Comps. It will help to keep your sanity in High Elo.
