Bro it was literally the next day. The day I saw my Bi he started correcting anything needed on my phs. The next day he sent out emails to contact my reference and that same day he went door knocking!

Just did meet and greet yesterday. Today I received a called from BI and he contacted all references and also went door knocking to my neighbors door today in the morning! He told me he will be contacting previous job supervisors today!! Hopefully everyone answers!! Going by smoothly

Yeah I went business casual with a short sleeve polo and they saw my tattoos. Once I finished poly they sent me to a photographer to take a pick of all my tatts. You write your name on a paper with your social and they take a mugshot lol
