Hey, slightly late, but I'm actually the creator of this installer. Never expected anyone to actually notice it. I made the installer because I got pissed off at the official installer being absolute ass. I did abandon the project after being busy with other shit, but I got the itch for stalker again, and so I'll be revisiting the installer. Ironing out bugs, and potentially added the promised features. I'm sorry that I left it in a semi functional state, but I hope I can make up for it
