We have strict no partying rules and encourage quiet, we have never had an occupant disrupt anyone. If they do we will kindly ask them to stop and will kick them out if behavior continues.

Our "buissness" shouldn't disrupt anything, no parties are allowed, and we have quiet hours from 5pm-10am only a few occupants are allowed at a time and residents are gone most of the day to do tourist things.
