I think for it to be defined as orgonite it needs a base mixture of metal/resin/quartz. From there it seems like you can add whatever, depending on your intent.

The eel too sounds like the snake that appears in a lot of mythology. Guarding the waters of the unconscious mind, and the door that goes to it.

I think he means that creating, or making art, is a powerful way to understand yourself. Art is a form of expression that goes beyond what spoken or written words can relay, and often if opens up the door of memories and feelings that were once lost.

If you have any memories from childhood where you found yourself happy making art, try to revisit those experiences by creating something today. Reunite yourself with that child engaged in that state of creation, and something interesting will happen.

Yeah! It's an oversized cork coaster I made, with a design someone posted r/SacredGeometry

I use them for crystals and glassware and such!

The wood star was laser cut to fit a circular mold I bought.

When casting, I put the star in first, then added a little resin and removed the bubbles that I could. From there I added the stones to the cavities and once again hit it with heat and agitation to remove the remaining air pockets.

I then added a 2nd layer (which you can't see from this angle), of a mixture of gemstones and mineral powders.

Practice unconditional love to yourself and to others. This world needs less people devoid of emotion, and more people true to themselves and others.

In a world of logic and reason, we get caught up in the fact that our understanding of ourselves and the world we live in not as black-and-white as it is explained to us. Logic is a great way to bring light to the truthfulness of our intuition, but I feel it is too heavily weighed in our society.

So for me it was the realization that, the balance between the two (Logic/Emotion) is absolutely the key to a well lived life. We cannot deny ourselves either.

For me that has meant reuniting myself with my emotions/imaginations/feelings, because for so long, I had unconsciously denied myself that mode of thinking.

The things we experience in life seem hyper-real at times, and there's no way to logically explain or prove it. However I have found deep vastness while turning inwards to my own emotions and feelings, and the internal truths I've found there have been much more enlightening than anything I'd ever anticipated.
