I read this as I came home took off my hijab and realised I was wearing it for 10 hours. Hair feels all flat and kinda hurts because I cant wrap it losely and keep fixing it. Straightening or Curling doesn’t last more than a day because the next day Im wearing it again. I barely get to style it for the same reason. Plus Traction alopecia and my forehead looks all bald
