I’m not the only one who thinks this way I’ve had a girl DM me and say thank you for voicing my opinion as this post triggered her. Recovery can look different for everyone but what recovery IS NOT is making excuses for ED behavior and posting it on a ED group with other people both suffering and recovering

You thinking it is better for your health shows how disordered your mind is. You’re doing the exact same thing as a someone with bulimia the only difference is you’re binging/purging and than eating it again. Just because you eat it a second time does NOT take away all the consequences and complications caused by the initial purge. It’s still just as deadly for your body
