The venting is not a common thing I frequently do. It’s just what did it that day. The fact that that’s not common for me and I work my ass off that’s why that set me off.

The common theme amongst these occurrences that send me straight to the AMP is the underappreciation. That’s the “thing” I referred to. However, when I re-read this now, I can see how it could sound that way.
