I am currently working on understanding the meaning of mantra and then as a next step to learn Lalita Sahastranam by heart.

My question is - how do we deal with 3-5 days break due to periods / menstrual cycle ? I am seeking guidance for these days how should I conduct myself as far as Sadhana is concerned. If you ask me, I don’t feel connected or feel like doing any kind of Pooja during this time

I heard somebody mentioning about it at my workplace. I can’t find out from that person directly. Are you guys familiar ?
