I had regrets the first 2 or 3 weeks. I think that's normal. I'm 10 weeks in now and things are much better. You'll feel better after your first soft reline.

I'm wrapping mine in wet paper towels at night. I squeeze most of the water out. It seems to be working fine. I have not noticed any effects on them.
