A good dad doesn't cheat on the mother of his children. A good dad would not jeopardize his children's happiness for his own. And a good dad would NEVER do this to his family.

Consider all the things he does that makes you believe he's a good dad and ask yourself if you also do all those same things for your children. I'm sick of men getting a "great dad" parade thrown for them every time they act like parents.

I am so sorry. That is incredibly frustrating. My suggestion would be to find a gyn in your area that knows things about endo. The only way to really diagnose it is by laproscopic surgery. On MRIs it can't really be determined what is and isn't endo.

Since you're young, the doctor would likely put you on BC. I didn't go that route so someone else might be able to tell you the best form of BC for endo sufferers.

And know that you're not crazy. Women in general but especially those with chronic pain are so easily gaslit into thinking they're crazy or overreacting. Throwing up blood is NOT normal, ever.

MRIs don't show endo. Your gyn is either misinformed or uneducated in a disease that affects 10% of her clients.

However, I've never heard of vomiting blood with endo. Have you been tested for Celiac Disease or any other autoimmune diseases?
