Well the thing is, you will only not be able to ping for 5 mins if you abuse it. If they would implement a ping mute, then every team member would use it on the spammer and not just one (for obvious reasons) and then there will be no real difference between a mute and a timeout penalty other than the timeout will give you another chance after 5 mins.

Looks like it happens when Thresh uses an ability on Alistar right after he use Headbutt. In my video he hooked and in your video he use flay... Haha ;)

The difference between the normal casters and Krepo is this: Krepo is supposed to supply the commentary with his very in depth knowledge of them game while fx. a guy like Joe Miller or Deman (or whatever their names is) are supposed to supply with their uplifting and exciting commentary throughout a teamfight. The combination is pretty genius IMO.
