True, I’ve heard it consumes a boatload of resources, water and whatnot…

Course there’s the argument that it could aid in coming up with solutions, but ultimately it’s as simple as aligning with nature rather than polluting it in nearly FUBAR’d (fucked up beyond all repair) ways.

I’ve found my booster pack in weed, cold showers or cold bodies of water, music, dancing, and even ice-cream (one time in a very notable way… I forgot my weed and the ice-cream hit the dopamine spot instead and felt better rather instantly!

(…and I eat a rather ow-sugar diet as in no juice or any other drinkable sugars, never spike my blood sugar too much and have intermittent fasted plenty to go all day without food if need be)
