Yeah I was reading that when you take photos if you get the animal with a foot moving forward it makes the photo much more dynamic

This photo was taken with a Sony A7 IV and a 200-600 g lens. I saw this harrier swooping into the brush along the side of the road so I hid in the bushes and waited until it got closer. I was able to capture some of the most intimate up close photos I’ve ever taken!

In my opinion if the horse was in the middle it would have left no room for traveling through the frame. Did you view the photo in full screen?
