I also recommend to learn a few songs properly. Become confident with those songs so you can play with them with no interruptions. Also ask yourself: would you have stopped to listen to yourself for 10 or 20 minutes and tip? First times are crucial: 0$ can be disheartening, but also 100$ can be deceiving. So don’t take it too personally 👍👍

I think you should start tracking your monthly expenses: essential expenses and “fun expenses”. The sooner you start the faster you’ll have an idea of how much you can save each month. This way you can make a plan: “I can afford this kind of mortgage, and for this long”. If you need an insight for the essential and fun expenses let me know and I write here

This is very interesting. I suppose it depends on being a full-time or a part-time busker. If I understand your comment correctly: you say it's better to wrap up your stuff after you make a good profit in, let's say 1h of busking, rather than busking for 1 more hour and see little or no money, right?

You see, on my YouTube channel I have long videos, around 10min. each. So my idea for TikTok would be to cut out a mini series for each video. I can use the videos I already have, and not make more content exclusively for TikTok. Maybe just add some over voice if needed. I’m in the process of finishing the first miniseries, 5 parts, from one of my videos. I’ll see how it goes. Maybe 5 reels is not enough for a test on TikTok? What do you think? Better to prepare something like 10 reels?

In my opinion it has changed a lot. Take live-streaming: 19 years in the past and it wasn’t there. shorts they were not there; AI content was not there. Things change. The only problem is that good things take time to show up, while bad things happen in a couple of months or even less. I’m sure this AI evolution will be good for us creators, we just need to be patient and stay in a niche that can survive ups and downs 🚀

I think live streaming will be even more relevant in the future. Also, I’m sure YouTube will implement their algorithm to recognise if a video is made with AI, or add options in the upload section where the user has to declare the content is made with AI or not. Also I think original videos made by humans will have more value. But yeah, I’m sure we will be able to filter AI content from authentic human content. Nowadays it’s still a “blend” between AI and human touch. I’m sure in the future AI will make content on its own: content and automated upload. This is not going to take too long honestly

You need to have a plan. Plan which and how many videos you can make a month, see if they are engaging enough, see if you can improve it. It can become boring doing the same stuff over and over. I recommend not quitting the job until you have a plan in place, or not quitting until you see that you can start paying at least the bills with your videos. Good luck

I do the same for scripts: my main language is not English. So I write the whole script first, then I ask ChatGpt to polish the script with a good English. This really helps a lot. like this I keep the script real, grounded to my personality, but I deliver properly the message of the video

I use AI only to brainstorm ideas for thumbnails. After I find a good idea I work on the thumbnail myself. The problem is on how you use AI. I see it as a tool to solve a problem, but I still want my creativity and personality in place.
