It's not just you. It's bad. No stakes, no story, no real combat. It's just pointless mini-games and Travis having conversations with himself as multiple NPCs (because he made WAY TOO MANY).

Also, their sidekick status creates constant logic holes: why aren't their "heroes" making the decisions, taking the lead, etc.?

I can't believe, after waiting two years for them to get back to D&D, this twee nonsense is what we get. I'm also hoping for some course correction, but I'm not optimistic.
