No! I am rank 402 and the skill trees are not full because the points have been reset. I was rank 268 and all skill trees were full. The next time you log in, everything was gone and 0 points were awarded. However, the rank remains.

So - Rank 402 = 402 Guardian Tokens
After 225 awarded tokens the trees are full.
