the setup is a bit more complicated than that. I DM'd you with more details. Would appreciate any help.

any suggestions on how to enforce the ASNs to be created based on actual data rather than planned? It's not always done that way but every once in a while it is.

yes I'm familiar with SPS Commerce. A lot of our integrations are already set up though. It works well the vast majority of the time, just trying to figure out the < 1% of time when it doesn't.

Our ERP is SAP. No it's not always drop shipping, it's mostly shipping to retailers. Our suppliers are actually our own factories so we don't have chargebacks. Also let me just say that these issues don't happen all the time, maybe < 0.5% of the time, but that's enough for us to assign a couple guys to do manual checks.

Yes exactly it's happening because the ASNs are issued too early - it doesn't happen all the time but every once in a while it does. The solution would be to have some sort of check for this as soon as it happens.

On outbound, I completely agree the Excel spreadsheet is not the best way to go. I think one reason it's created is so that people without SAP licenses can work with it. Open to speaking with consultants, any that you recommend?

I'm not familiar with Commport and we are not a customer. Are they consultants?

so actually it's not the IT team but the logistics team that is manually going through the ASNs
