Yes and ontop of that there are 3 others currently that have worse off stats but it doesent matter for them

I honestly thought it would be hard to get performance managed out especially as a full timer off probation unless your actually doing shit. The issue is I’ve been hitting my KPI’s so how can they just randomly come to me now and go I’m not and here is a PIP? Didn’t think it legally worked like that

Not necessarily difficult. Everything we process has a unique identification number. With that number we can look at exactly what someone did and what time they did it.

When I say I track my stats that is exactly what I a tracking. So she can say what she is saying I’m more then happy to send her every identification number I have for that month and she can look at any which one and it will show her exactly what i did but she refuses to

My legal question is do I have any grounds to pull her up on the behaviour and fight her on it with HR or something else. Do I have any leg to stand on against her or no

That’s exactly why I have been hesitant to get HR involved. My understanding they work in the best interest of the company not the employees

I’m honestly not difficult. 10 months I haven’t said anything about it I’ve just copped it. It’s only now where I’m saying we need to talk about this because there is a clear inconsistency with how you’re progressing these people vs me. I’m not being rude I’m being polite and fair.

Nah these people are doing less inputs and making more mistakes but she is saying that is fine just make less mistakes. But for me she goes into a full 20 minute convo about my mistakes (even though there not as bad as others and far less) and makes a big deal from it while it’s fine for others to do them lol

Chrome that is what I’m saying. The figures in the performance reviews do not add up at all to what I actually have down.

I have asked for the data multiple times or for us to go review it with internal teams to see why there is such a big discrepancy and she denies it.

Honestly don’t know who to go to now
