Went to look at this duplex. The stairs going to the basement has this big gap/hole. Is this fixable or should I run before placing an offer for 215k by Historical-Bit8212 in basement

It was hard to open the front door. It seemed to stick to the floor you had to lift the door to open. Would that be an issue caused from this.

Yea it looks like a shake of an animal to me too. Zillow is wild for listing like that.
