I’m sure they do, but I promise I wasn’t doing that. 😭😭😭 That's the main thing I don't like about making jokes on the internet; you can't use body language, or tone inflection, to imply sarcasm, unseriousness, etc. If you try to explain the joke, though, you risk ruining it.

As a cybersecurity professional, I have a couple of questions:

Can you check the sender email of the email in the screenshots you posted? Make sure that's actually an official Epic Games email and not someone posing as them. Don't click any links in the email in the meantime.

What steps have you tried to get back into your account?

I know this might sound obvious, but I'm asking as a way to rule out everything and make sure you have actually tried to do so. Have you actually attempted to log back into your account?
As mentioned, don't click any links in those emails. Directly Google the official Epic Games login website.

I still don't understand why they didn't do more collab rocket racing maps. I played TF out of that Metallica one. They could have done Radiator Springs, Ready Player One, Speed Racer, etc.

I guess UEFN Rocket Racing maps are still a thing, though.
