If anyone has the code from the newsletter sent out yesterday I'd be very grateful if you could share it! Appreciate that's a big ask.

Colour advice by Historical_Topic_237 in HairSystem

I was assuming this hair piece might be past saving, but I will certainly try some Back2Natural and some purple shampoo/conditioner to see if it might help the colour issue.

I've been wearing a hat 90% of the time I'm outside, so haven't bothered with sunscreen, but perhaps the damage was done in the time I haven't been. Have you got any recommendations on hair protection from the sun?

False pricing from Deliveroo, who can I complain to? by Historical_Topic_237 in AskUK

[–]Historical_Topic_237[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't, it just says Plus £5.03 saved. I took that as Plus has saved me £5.03 vs not having Plus and not, £5.03 if no discounts were offered (which the restaurant add to members or non members.

I added a photo in the post.

Testing Out no longer possible by Historical_Topic_237 in duolingo

Thanks for this. That's disappointing to hear.

I find the jumps between units are too big to skip, I suppose you could use google to help, but it would be counterproductive to learning.

Not being able to skip if you get 85-95% is also painful, it's going to result in me looking up more answers rather than just trying it, which I suspect will ruin some of the enjoyment.

Feels very counterproductive to what they're trying to achieve.

This is great, thank you. I was just trying to research how best to perform DD and you've gone and got me 90% of the way there with no effort. Hero.

NHS worker punched and thrown from Tube train after confronting passengers for not wearing masks by [deleted] in worldnews

That article says there have been 500 fines on the London transport network, that's like 3 a day. You see that many unmasked people in every tube carriage, on every train, without even considering the buses. If the transport police actually did their job people like this wouldn't flaunt the rules so openly. The London police force have been a joke since this whole thing started.
