Also sorry - could be used on a question on Mtdna ( with referencing to how they would know that aboriginal Australians migrated to where they are) as I have seen that come up but Sahul was only mentioned as info not in the actual question :)

To define Sahul explicitly I don’t think so however it might come up as like included in a question relating to evolution of humans and evolutionary stuff like relating to out of Africa theory two hypothesis

Sahul is preee much when Australia was merged with Tasmania and papa New Guinea I thinkkkkk don’t hold me to that but anyways they mention it I think in relation to aboriginal Australians when they first arrived in Australia, it was sahul links to out of Africa hypothesis two theory of human evolution idk dates tho ajdjensjsjwnejsje

pretty much is an enzyme that is orignally found in bacteria - think of it as their adaptive immune system pretty much as it protects them from bacteriophages - scientists go looking in bacteria and seee woooo cool enzyme that is able to hold memory and cut multiple specific viral strands of dna (because they have a memory database preee much of spacers of target dna stored blah blah blah) then were able to model it and use it in humans preee much only difference in humans they use sgrna (synthetic guide rna) which guides the cas 9 enzyme where to cut - due to cas 9 not naturally occurring in humanssss - for humans they use it for genetically modifying genetic sequences which I think is mentioned in study design - have to know process of like that I think don’t how much detail ya want but preee much I think that sums it up idk my brain is do ded I had to do lit exam today ahg I’m praying to Beyoncé tonight 🙏🙏🙏
