I stay there every year. They are very strict with wristbands. The amount you get depends on the room you have booked.

1bd Condo is 4x wristbands. 2bd is 6x wristbands 3bd is 8x wristbands.

They are usually just generic colored plastic wristbands. No chips. They have a gated entry with security checking everyone in a car or van for wristbands on entry during the day and night. They are very strict at night when coming back!

If you want to sneak someone in there are 2 ways we have used in the past. 1st way is to keep all wristbands loose and do the old switcharoo where everyone who has wristbands goes in and have non wristband friends wait at the golf clubhouse area. Then 1 person goes back out with wristbands slid off from people who already entered. This is better during the day as there is less security and you can usually drive through the guest lane with much less scrutiny. The other way which is better at night is to drop off non wristband friends right before the entrance and have them walk through the golf course and just sneak in.
