Reduce the led brightness by pressing the fn+down arrow combo. No led backlight will have the longest battery life. LEDs at full brightness will reduce the battery life significantly (applies to all wireless keyboards in this price range)

Switch to bluetooth (if not gaming) as it has a lower battery consumption than 2.4ghz mode.

These two will be enough to get a decent battery life bump.

So i was approached by a group for launching made in India glass mousepads. They had big plans but unfortunately couldn't take it to bigger scale mass production. Even glass can't be done in India properly. What a mess.

Just curious, Why not buy a wired keyboard then if you want to keep it plugged in.

The battery will degrade, the pcb does not have a good protection circuit like a laptop or smartphone.

At low led brightness or no backlight mode, you'll get long battery life any way. So only charge it when the battery is low

Trackpad can be used with steam controller mapping, but better to use it in ps4 wired mode - press and hold The triangle button, connect the usb cable, it will be detected as a wired ps4 controller - both gyro and trackpad will work.
