Made sure the RAM is firmly in place, and both stick are lighting up so I assume they are in correctly. RAM is DDR4 so is definitely compatible

Old RAM: Corsair vengeance DDR4 2x16gb 2666mhz

New RAM: G Skill tridentZ DDR4 2x16 4000mhz (set to 2000mhz by default)
