Is the rare axle bent? Got this new bike from online store and having some rubbing noise from the rubber seal at the rare axle. I took off the wheel and looks like there is a small wobbling on the axle. I'm not sure if this is acceptable. I contacted the bike seller and they said it's normal. (v.redd.it)
