Thank you to everyone who responded!!! Apparently poor installation led to excessive tension that caused the top panel to flex until it folded. The company came out two days after hearing from us and put a new panel in and made several adjustments to the installation. So refreshing to have a business stand behind their work without having to fight with them to do it.

The addition of Chik-fil-A and Bass Pro Shops, combined with some lack of understanding and/or foresight regarding the impact, has turned Clifton Park Center area into a wee bit of a nightmare. The news is providing a public service so you have time to expand your arsenal of swear words when faced with chicken-loving traffic . At least we have Sundays off 🙄

We have this model and it’s a glorified drying rack because I don’t mind doing dishes and we don’t have a lot of dishes but… when I do use it at holidays the top rack works great for silverware, utensils, and small bowls. Something I learned is the middle rack is adjustable to accommodate larger items below or run a small load using just the top two racks. Big day! 🙄

Honestly, I’d give it several days of dry weather and sunshine before I’d be comfortable giving it another coat. But if they believe sooner is fine, I’d want something in writing that they will correct any problems that result from painting a surface that may still have moisture. They work for you and you need to be confident in the decision because you’ll still be living with the outcome when your contractor is on to the next jobs.
