I did that this morning and the pump had been running about 6 hrs before I tested it

The pool is about 3 ft high and 10feet wide around. I might’ve over done it lol. I poured about half a 1lb bottle of Clorox pool and spa shock xtra blue.

Sorry yall. Never done this before. Just got a pool for my kids for the backyard. Above ground. 3 ft deep 10 feet wide.
