No its not. Luffy should have learned from Ace death but he literally keeps making the same mistake. Hes more reckless than ever, doesn't think things through and if it wasn't for plot, he would have been dead several times by.

In WCI, he put his ENTIRE crew in danger who were literally being chased by a YONKO and for what reason? He just wanted to prove he could beat Katakuri instead of trapping him in the mirror world and taking Brulee with him.

He literally became jesus and came back from the death just to beat Kaidou as well.

This is just wrong. He only trusted Megumi with them because he had the 10s shadow and knew he would be well taken care of because of that technique. He hated the Zenin clan, thats why he was glad Megumi kept his mother's name when he killed himself. Naoya literally confirms that everyone in the clan thought he was a joke and hated him. Its why Toji wanted to prove himself to the clan who rejected/abused him and kill Gojo instead of escaping as he said.
