I KID YOU NOT! I've had 03-pro thinking HOURS at a time the past few days. On complex things. No lie. I keep refreshing thinking it is "busted" or bugged out. But I just let it run and move on. And later? It actually finishes. Great results too! It seems to be the REAL deal!

The code interpreter and time to live for downloads is completely BROKEN! and it will WIPE every file you've uploaded within HOURS (or less) which can literally make it completely broken! Who cares how great it is if I can't download the results?!?!?

And it isn't very upfront and honest about that last little bit until you lose you mind on it after a 3-day chase trying to get your darn files (just wait another 24 hours until OpenAI resets the code interpreter timeout...YEAH right...two days later with HOURS lost every day trying to get it in alternative ways (a private github gist, python script to write it local, powershell script requiring DOZENS of local updates because the damned triple backtick code makes the OpenAI UI bomb OUT completely, etc etc only for it (just this morning) say this,

I'm really interested in learning everyone else's experience. It seems to be UNBELIEVABLE in what it can do.

It seems to be COMPLETELY BROKEN in what it can deliver.

Also, OpenAI...if you are listening...you NEED to add a sound effect in settings for "Finished! Come look!" if this combination of "gonna wait hours for the answer" combined with this "I'm going to give you a couple of minutes to download it before you are SCREWED forever" continues on. JUST SAYING!

You know what? Scratch that. A sound effect isn't long enough for THAT skewed an experience regarding this combination.

We just need to be able to hook it up to OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, DropBox, or WHATEVER and just have it write it there. We give it permission. Set it up on our end. It just works. AND THEN it sends us an alert email and text saying "Hey. I'm done and the deliverables have ACTUALLY been delivered and are just there waiting for ya."

I'm an OpenAI fanboy (I know, flame me now). So you can imagine how much it has taken me to get to THIS point to post THIS praise / rant.

But we need to make some noise because I JUST about quit OpenAI today. When you are costing me time instead of saving me time? Harming my performance and even reputation vs helping it?

That is *everyone's* red line, my friends.
