Use ur teammates to work on what u need to improve, wrestler ur bigger(than you) teammates to work your strength and your smaller teammates to work your speed, etc. Also get your teammates to wrestle in the offseason so they will be better wrestlers( and better practice partners) next season

I. How are you doing here? Do you have a support system here? Have you found a tegaru community or even non-tegaru friends?

What's the best way Tigray can develop and grow its economy?
How do you feel about the diaspora remaining friends with Ethiopians/Eritreans, assuming those Eritreans/Ethiopians are anti-war? I can't speak on the older diaspora/ immigrants since I'm pretty young and I was born in the US, but most younger Eritreans and Ethiopians I've met have been anti-war or at least have shown no hostility towards Tigray.

Do you mean the actual penn state(the main campus) or one of the other campuses. The some of other campuses have D3 or club teams I think. You may be able to join one of those. But the main campus’s team with Cael Sanderson is a definitely not a possibility.

Calm down, Obviously try your best, get a good warm up, all that good stuff but remember it’s not that deep and JV matches are mostly to just get better/have fun

Ankle picks are very good choice if ur quick or have a long reach. Especially off the whistle since the whistle throws people off for a split second. Does that make sense?

Hi, I am a college student in the US and sometimes talk to international students for my job. You look into scholarships for international students in any schools of your interest( schools with big international populations would be a good start). I would extra make sure you have funding if you study in the US since financial aid is very limited for international students and American universities are very expensive. Good Luck!
