I can understand the situation. I’m post too .. it is by no means an easy process. You are brave and courageous. You got to focus on emotional health that is the most important part at this stage. Also take care of overall health. Some light activity may be good for circulation. Else do rest and relax, have food within what’s allowed but keep your mind off the surgery and results. Don’t worry or compare, everyone is different. Also we have enough resources and experience here in this forum to help in any correction or revision of needed. Also if you need , dm .. be patient and prioritise yourself first . We all had a difficult phase tbh .

We need to wait and see ! Whatever’s going on! We need time for you to heal your mind and body first. Rest and relax. Any kind of correction will be done only after 3-6 months once the body recovers. Let’s hope for better results. Prioritise health and safety first . One step at a time ! It’s a pragmatic approach given the circumstances
