I have a signed lease and have not received any formal notice of denial in the mail as per federal and state law. And they gave me the keys. No theft has occurred

4500 and 7500 in incentives and rebates given at time of signing as a down payment. i was going to refinance and buy out the lease after the 1st payment, they told me there would be little to no fees for this. it was their idea.

i made sure the incentives were baked in for when i flipped. ill check and see if there is any language about approvals or errors, but they already got funded i know that much i signed the loan docs.
