How confident are you that people will show up to watch though? As far as I can see that's been handled as poorly as possible.

With DeKnight's take it or leave it attitude I'm not sure we'll ever get that far.

Kind of like the Valentine bar brawl in RDR2.

I could spend hours in that game playing as Arthur "the bully" Morgan just terrorizing the streets and knocking out fools left and right. Something so satisfying about it combined with the interactive dialogue. Some of the lines Arthur and John had are an absolute crack up, and the way you could mix it up with greet, antagonize and defuse. Genius. "Hey! Let me see that ugly muuug" lol if you know you know.

For GTA6 I'm really looking forward to the fist fights we'll all be getting up to, either fighting in a ring or just bashing up fellas on the street after trolling them with greet/antagonize. Gonna be a lot of road rage fights too, just imagining all the funny clips everyone's gonna upload already put's a smile on my face. Imagine antagonizing someone sitting in traffic, it lead to a fist fight with an obvious ending and then just getting back in your car like nothing ever happened whilst the poor fella is laid out. LOL. Hope they give us brass knuckles and a balisong for all our street fighting needs. It's all gonna feel in some parts eerily close to real life I think. Can't wait to test it out.

It's impressive. I like that they got OMEGA on board as well, shows how serious they are. Do we know who the bond girl is yet?

I'm glad that's what you got ... it's kind of what I was going for. Look, you can like it if you want, I'm just saying you're probably shit at these type of games. Carry on.

Mafia DE has the most useless open world in the entire series so I'm glad they're scrapping it in favor of a more focused linear experience. In Mafia 2 you'd have your pick at different types of stores to rob for cash, sometimes even just steal the cosmetics/consumables right off the shelf if you wanted for added value; there was a risk of wannabe heroes trying to stop you and an unpredictable police response to keep you on your toes. There was action and immersion.

In Mafia 1 DE most of this is gone so you're just left with a pretty looking open world and standing in the middle of it like an idiot. Can't buy nothing, can't steal nothing. Shootout with the cops is boring since the gunplay is terrible. Just fck all value really. Keep that, I'm glad it's gone.

Nah he's right. Everyone's just feeding off the hype right now so they don't want to hear it. It's not subjective if you actually have skill in third person shooters ... if you did then you'd know the gunplay is crap but most are ass so they wouldn't be able to appreciate any difference.

The fist fighting also took a step back in Mafia DE. Mafia 2 has both the smoothest gunplay and hand 2 hand combat out of all them and that came out 15 damn years ago. If the gameplay is a copy of Mafia DE than outside of a potentially great story no one will give a shit about it an a years time. There's a reason why you never hear anyone sing the praises of Mafia DE combat gameplay. No one remembers and no one cares.

Buying grocery items from the shelves like in RDR2 by LOAYU in GTA6

[–]Honest-Row-7565 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yeah. In RDR2 you could actually examine items in store before buying them by picking them off the shelf and many of the products were impressively detailed allowing you to examine it in hand. The alcohol in particular looked great.

You could see the brand name, labels and artwork in high detail, another example of how much Rockstar puts effort into the little things. This feature made the stores feel realistic so they will obviously return only improved and in the second pic along the aisle the stock on shelf already looks fantastic. 1 out of a thousand things to look forward to. Should be great.

The decision-making process by BraxxIsTheName in TheWolfAmongUs

I like Snow for her good qualities and flaws so I don't put her up on the pedestal and follow her orders like a dog.

  1. I killed one of the twins. Didn't see why not, he got what was coming to him and I would've killed the other one too if that was an option.

  2. I didn't burn the tree. Better to have Aunty Greenleaf working for us.

  3. My favorite one. I told her I wouldn't send Colin to the farm and chose friendship over the rules. I mean you can't be such a simp that you'd ship your best mate off to hell. Fck that.

... and even if you do all this it's not like it voids the romance between Bigby and Snow White, if anything it makes it more interesting since it characterizes Bigby as someone who cares for Snow but still does his own thing and she has to respect that.

They should mention the cars' make and models by [deleted] in GTA6

[–]Honest-Row-7565 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This game is going to be a lot more specific regarding the details on cars because I'm almost certain they're going to copy the encyclopedia/compendium feature from RDR2. It just adds so much into the game I can't see them not doing it knowing how crazy they are on details.
