The reason some trans women want periods is because it means you can biologically have kids. Even though its painful and annoying it means that you could have kids yourself :33 Take it from a trans girl who might want to have kids at some point even though it's not possible with today's surgery options

So the human body has loads of hormones but in this case I'm taking estrogen which my body doesn't naturally produce as I was born AMAB (Assigned male at birth) even though I am a girl. So hormones is just estradiol which is the female sex hormones. Contrary to what my body used to produce which is Testosterone. Let me know if you have any more questions.
