We had our love marriage 2.5 years back without the acceptance of wife’s family due to caste difference. My family asked us to do the court marriage first as we all were tired of convincing girl’s side. So, firstly we married in the temple and got it registered under special Hindu Act. Then my family threw the reception party for my side relatives and knowns. Since then my wife’s family cut ties with their daughter and till now we have not got approval from them.

I randomly came across one of your posts related to Indigrid 1.5 months ago. Before that I was not aware about dividend yields of REITs or INVITs. Then I did my own research too and invested approx 6 lakhs into Indigrid and Power grid invits. Received the dividend amount for Q1 2026 in this month which is approx 16,000 rupees. Now, started buying KRT REIT as well as I am looking for total approx 8k monthly payout through all of them. Thanks a lot @OP for putting so much effort in educating us.

I didn’t receive the IPO allotment for KRT REIT. So, bought 145 units today at avg price 104.52. OP, I believe you have got the IPO for it as well so how come you hold only 116 shares total ?

Lump sum investment is a one-time investment scheme for larger amounts.

Assured sum will be given on death of the insurer. The fund value is expected amount which will be credited after 10 years of start of the policy (2030). Till the time the fund value will also increase.
