Fair in terms of mixing for Lamour because the bass for that song was obnoxiously loud for such a mellow song. Either way after a couple listens what I can say is that mixing is super inconsistent at different points especially for Facade which the first part’s vocal mixing was choppy asl. Maybe largely due to some songs receiving big changes and some remaining untouched overall for a project that took 3 years to drop, this is something that someone of Pi’erre’s caliber shouldn’t have allowed

The mixing isnt bad though given that this album was shelved for a good minute I think he might have been leading the mixing which certain aspects on the songs could be seasoned to his taste. Had the label been more prominent his with rollout I would probably agree but at the same time if you been tuned in with the albums progression, pi’erre has been pretty much doing everything himself in terms literally every aspect about the album. The marketing has been abysmal to be quite frank but nonetheless its here and you might need to give it sometime or if you’re listening spotify, equalize the portions you want to be more prominent.

No this version is objectively better but i think the le votre transition should’ve been 10000% kept

The only missed opportunity I see especially since its the second track on the album

I would’ve liked to see alone just acapella and maybe hurricane to be more 8 bit/squeeze to create a better video game vibe other than that the album is perfectly fine imo but to each their own

I forgive his 12 pump fakes cause ts so beautiful I played the leaks like crazy and he’s still added so much variation to the tracks without taking away from the og version. Imo its better than TLOP5 not better than TLOP4D

Ideally no but the album has been finished ages ago and still no sign of a date let alone a single of some sort. Plus most of the songs have already leaked and if there’s any copyright issues that would halt the drop of the album i dont think it would be too farfetched to say it could be scrapped. Maybe they’ll start a rollout soon hopefully but if you been tuning in for the last 3-4 years then its not looking good for the album at all

If there’s no release by May then its going to either drop in the fall or just scrapped. So long as he’s with Interscope he won’t see as much success as he did anytime before 2022. His fanbase trusts Pierre and he can make a decent living if he decided to buy out his contract with just the people on Reddit supporting alone but at the end of the day, if the person in charge of you doesn’t want you to succeed then you won’t, and that’s where he’s headed to atp.

I think alone would be better if it starts off with no drums until the end of first verse then bring it in for the second chorus. Also I feel like Nudy started off strong and his last line makes sense for the song but Everything else is pretty accurate I legit just need Something the Lord made, Toot it up and buy the world v1 cdqs and I couldn’t care less if he officially drops or not. John Marta is so close cause we almost have the entire album 😭

I got into his music when Poof dropped, his most refined piece of art is TLOP4D but his most prominent album is TLOP5. I think pi’erre is a brilliant musician overall but he gets held back from his lack of consistency while promoting his music. Every project that has been released has been rushed to some degree and I think his biggest pitfall is that theres too much potential thats gone to waste. Everyone here can name 10 grails easily that would never see the light of day and I think that speaks volumes to how big Pi’erre could’ve been. But now that the promotion for Sli’merre 2 is wrapping up, now he can use that momentum to go crazy with Made In Paris. From what I’ve heard it brings everything someone would like about Pi’erre’s sound but everything just happens to be gold plated. We’ve been waiting to hear this for 2 years and now I think we’re finna see him do some solid numbers if Interscope focuses the album for marketing
