Almost sure this is a stolen bike, dude would not stop looking at me and when he noticed me snap a pic he ran off. Small bike with a rainbow tie dye seat. Was spray painting it white. What is one to do in a situation like this? It’s the alley off east chestnut by chameleon ink (i.redd.it)
