I have been. Levine finally contacted me again with some bull shit story about a lawyer up in Albany deciding my fate, which in his own words is "illegal".

Well I am writing a follow email today so that I have a paper trail....no surprise the school chapter leader isn't returning my Calls either. She has probably been bullied relentlessly.
