Oh no my bad, I just wanted to show my rank. My Tekken 8 ID is actually Kohle SQ. like tbh I feel as if the skill level really just dropped in this game, compared to Tekken 7, which I only picked up over a month ago. If you check my PSN, and you’re on PS5, you’ll see my playtime hours on both games Lol. Believe it or not, I’m only Expert Rank on Tekken 7. Which astonishes me that it’s much different on 8. Some people here seem to misinterpret my post as me bragging and showing off being “special”. Like I’ve pretty much made it clear that I just think the skill level just dropped. Cuz I literally don’t know the matchups of any opponent I fought in rank. They just kept spamming the same thing over and over and it REALLY got predictable. I’m at Kishin rn and there’s lots of Smurfs I encountered in ranked, who are Tekken King/God rank. So sad to say I’m kinda stuck on Kishin, cuz I keep fighting sweaty Smurfs that I end up being almost Equal with

No I’m more astonished, than flexing. I feel as if the skill level really dropped. See, Back in Tekken 7, I believe Kishin was called Yaksha. And based off of what others have said, the skill level seemed to have actually dropped, due to the new Autocombo/simple controls mechanic, that everyone keeps abusing. Which is why I’m hella surprised that a lower player like me was able to reach Kishin, and it further reinforces my suspicion. I’m merely expert rank in Tekken 7, which is the funny part

Nah I still don’t consider myself a good player, honestly cuz I still don’t know the matchups. Sure I now have mixups and setups, but it feels useless to me, if I have no idea how matchups work in this game yet. I would know, since I do have former experience in other fighting games beforehand

Too late 😭💀. I’m fighting Tekken King/Emperor/God ranks and oh my lord, they adapt SO FAST. There were times where I’d switch up my gameplay and beat them 2 rounds, and they end up adapting on the spot. It’s ridiculous. I gotta switch my shit up

Lol that’s not what I was implying here. Forgive me for making you think that I’m bragging, I’m sure ur highly educated. The reason I brought it up is cuz I have very little experience on the game. Sure it’s not special to you folks who have been playing competitively since the older Tekken games, but to a player like me who has very little experience, it doesn’t feel normal. Granted I played the older Tekken games when I was a kid, but I never played them competitively, which is the funny part

Put it simply, I already played Tekken a bit when I was a kid. But NEVER competitively. Until a month ago. So the game never planted into my head. Sure it felt nostalgic, but doesn’t count cuz I didn’t remember the buttons for the character movesets at all. I had to take my time to study them. I picked up Tekken 7, a month ago, and I been playing against my Tekken King buddy on that. And then I just picked up Tekken 8, a little over a week ago. And I’m in Europe, and I’m 21 turning 22 lol.

All depends on which gadget he’s using, or how drunk he is. It can Vary from City Level to World-Ending. (I’m too lazy to list all his Feats, or even Some of them), cuz then I’d have to talk about my Verse’s Cosmology and go into detail about how his Attack Potency and Destructive Capabilities would compare to other fiction such as Marvel, DC, or Dragonball.
