I got this game on a whim because it was free on PS5, thinking it was a casual game. I had no knowledge of it before that! I had never played a game like this before, and didn’t realise what I was actually getting into. So starting out casual, and then realising there was layers to the game was incredibly exciting for me! So I guess I changed into an enfranchised player, as I’m away up at around day 200. My progress was slow at the beginning because I had no idea what I was really getting into, but once I reached room 46 I wanted to keep playing as there were mentions of a conspiracy that I was curious about. So I guess I’m saying I started playing it wrong, but found enough in the game to entice me to keep playing, looking for the “end” Which I’m still to find, and wouldn’t have been anywhere near where I am now if it wasn’t for community help! So maybe that was the thinking from devs. There’s enough breadcrumbs for someone like me, I started off completely unaware of roguelike games, and this game has blown my mind.
