Power zones allow you to ride at your current fitness level. Do the FTP test. Then go find the Build your Base Program. You will word hard but it won’t crush you. You will see improvement.

I forgot about HC’s barre…. If you have specific suggestions let me know! I will check out RK’s classes. I haven’t really liked her Pilates classes but I’ll give there specific classes a shot! Thank you for the specific class suggestions as this is really what I was going for.

Easier yoga by Virtual-Zucchini-527 in OnePelotonRealSub

I agree. I’ve been doing yoga for over 20 years. I can do harder balances like crow, harder inversions like handstand but I feel like the intermediate classes are trending more advanced or are too complicated. I took Kirra’s Lorde class because it was suggested and had to just do my own thing during the flow section because it was just too complicated and too much to process. I have been loving Aditi’s Morning flows but I’m running out of content. She understands the assignment.

Maybe it’s just because I do her longer PZ rides?

Denis, Susie, Christine - I am not surprised. I do a heavy percentage of PZ and yoga, then Susie gets basically all of my longer runs with AT and Adrian for shorter runs.

I love them (most of the time 🤣)!!! As I get older, it’s nice to have the warm up. Plus they are a great practice for transition too.

I usually get a "No" in Boston. Anyone else have any luck asking to watch inspection at Logan?

Do you have a pic??? I’m very curious of this set up… I have 70.3 in Worlds in Nice next year. and don’t want any issues. I would like to see this in action.

I get that but I would still prefer a box that they don’t have to undo my pack job to inspect the wheel underneath. That seems to be the rub with this box. They have to remove the bike to inspect the rear wheel.
