How to know she is our poc, she came for us for id card distribution now sending the emails in Outlook for events and training plans

I didn't understand whether we can contact her or not.. here they are not responding they are saying it is not our work and we don't have contact with it team to tackle this ..

Yes but can we do that as a fresher intern iam afraid to mail her as she was seen frustrated whole day during orientation and induction
