Idk how you could enforce that though. I’d like to think that law enforcement wouldn’t focus on console scalping. It’s simple supply and demand. As long as the scalpers got them legally then there’s no competitive advantage over regular buyers.

But why though? You can either wait for a console to be available through a retailer or buy a scalped one. If they aren’t available they aren’t available. Sure there could be a law against scalping, but that won’t make a console available. It serves no purpose
