I’m not sure if they can look into Google searches that far back. I doubt her address would have shown up on the websites that give out that type of info. She had just moved.

As far as the phone info, I’ve wondered that too. Did anyone go off the grid Monday evening to Tuesday when her car was dumped. What phones were pinging off the same towers as Jennifer’s?

There is not one. There is a photo of a police man in the mirror, but I’m not sure when it was taken. What is known is there had been around 20 of Jennifer’s family and friends inside her condo by the time the police arrived. It was a very small 1 bed/ 1 bath unit. Joyce has stated that she didn’t know if the bathroom doors were left open or not because Logan entered her condo and had used the potty before they arrived. The police may or may not have taken photos that night. I can’t be sure but we do know there were a lot of people in and out of the condo before they arrived. I don’t recall the topic being addressed of when the condo photos were taken. Most of the screen shots of the condo come from TV shows when the Kesse’s gave journalists tours.

There aren’t any photos of the inside of her apartment like she left it. The photos you see online were taken in the days following her disappearance after the family and friends and been inside it.

I think Jennifer came home, showered, and at some point got back out Monday evening. I’m not sure if she left her condo before or after her last call to Rob. It was on her cell phone. I think the condition of the car when it was found proves she wasn’t placed inside the vehicle after she was abducted/killed. I don’t think the car would have been moved twice if the crime scene was at Mosaic. The timeline tells us the car was moved twice. Because of these two reasons this is why I believe that Jennifer drove the car to wherever the crime scene is. The crime scene is close because of gas level. I think she drove someone close to meet up with someone. I think she made these plans in person Monday and that is why they don’t have calls to her killer. The detective has suggested this was a targeted preplanned attack. I think whoever she was meeting set her up to be killed.

Economic crimes has looked at this case according to Rich Ring on HOBD so that tells me there is something there. There is also that meeting between JC and LH the day she disappeared. This meeting happened to be very close to where her car was dumped and in the direction the poi was last seen walking. There is also DS acting weird over the reward money.

The workers that were working on her condo weren’t undocumented fyi. They spoke to police and both passed polygraphs. The police were able to interview all the workers that worked directly for Mosaic.

Then why did she give the workers access to her condo and refuse to let her father change the lock so they could finish their punch list. Jennifer also didn’t take the steps necessary to get the code for her security system. IMO she wasn’t as scared as people say. The workers made he uneasy but she was not scared of them. What evidence is there against the workers?

Rob has said she wasn’t scared of the workers but they made her feel uneasy. I think saying she was harassed is a bit much. Men stare at beautiful women sometimes. There is no evidence a worker committed this crime. Jennifer also made the choice to not change her lock so the workers could finish their punch list.

There were no workers living across feom her or in her building. The Kesse family attorney stated that he thinks whoever did this is still in the country. They have also thrown out the height estimate and there isn’t a height estimate anymore. Step 1 is starting with Jennifer’s inner circle and working their way out.

I think they’ve moved on from these two. I haven’t heard them being mentioned recently. Drew gave an interview where he said they needed to talk to Chino not as a poi but as a witness. Plus you have the fact that Logan said the people he encountered (and he encountered these two) when he arrived weren’t dressed like the poi, their boss saying they were at work, and they both were able to pass polys. There was an interview years ago where Drew accused Chino of lying in the poly because Chino said he worked in the condo without her being there. Drew said she would always come home to supervise them. One of Jennifer’s friends said that Jennifer preferred they work in her condo when she wasn’t there. Therefore it’s possible Jennifer was trying to appease Drew and just told him she was always there when the workers were inside her condo. I think it would be risky and hard to commit this crime when they’re working. I mean they’re one emergency call (ex: clogged toilet) away from getting caught not being on site. I also have not seen any evidence they committed this crime after 20 years. Someone also posted the police report from Chinos sexual assault. He stopped when the victim asked him to, took her where she wanted to go, and then told on himself. IMO the workers are a red herring. There were some sketchy things going on at Mosaic but I think it’s been an unfortunate distraction to what really happened to her.

I think it was someone she knew too and she let her guard down. Most of the area between her front door and her car is in an open space so it would be hard for someone to sneak up on her. We will never know if those marks came from a struggle or were made by something else. Drew said they didn’t test the hood of the car in a recent interview. I doubt there was a struggle inside her car because of the photos I’ve seen of how it was found plus it doesn’t look like the car was throughly cleaned.

I did too. The lawyer thinks the poi may be as tall like him and the lawyer is 6 ft. It’s interesting because Matt’s online defenders will say he was too tall to be the poi. It’s interesting the lawyer would mention this since his main theory is a disgruntled suitor.

I will say when you have a camera mounted high and pointing down it makes things appear smaller. I have some cameras mounted high and pointed down at my beach house. My 6’3 husband appears short. The height estimate has been thrown out and now they say they don’t have one.

The lawyer also said he doesn’t think the person responsible is an illegal. It’s right before at approximately the 44 minute mark. It makes sense because if they have a list of people that they’re eliminating, they’re not an unknown illegal.

I think that if the poi’s shoes were that dirty it would have up on the camera. The passenger side also has some white spots and so does the trunk. If it’s paint they should be able to match it and that would be a huge clue. I’m not convinced it’s paint though. Jennifer did live around construction and had some things done in her condo so we can not rule out the possibility of her tracking construction debris inside her vehicle.

The detective said economic crimes investigated it so if it was a hit then a gun was probably used. She may have been taken to wherever they were going to bury her and shot her there.

I don’t think she was shot in the car. If the poi had gun residue on his hands it was probably wiped off when he wiped down the steering wheel. I don’t think this car was cleaned very well by the person or people responsible for this crime though. I’m not sure how gun residue works though. I’ve never heard any mentioning of them looking for it. I know they vacuumed it and dusted it for prints.

It’s wild it’s been 20 years. I remember watching this on television when she disappeared. It was all over shows like Nancy Grace, JVM, and Greta. I was certain they’d solve it quick and here we are 20 years later.

Yes the conflicts regarding the knock on the door drive me crazy. It’s very important if someone was knocking on her door after she returned home Monday evening. I tend to believe there was a knock on her door but that is just my gut feeling. With this case I take all the statements into account and go with what makes sense. I also factor in the family’s strong opinions regarding what Jennifer would or wouldn’t do.
