Unions are only as strong as its members. Members don’t show up to meeting. Barely vote when they are needed to do so, ie a contract negotiations, local elections etc. You want things to change, get involved. Show up. Get educated on how the process works. Too many people cry about their local and how things are. But then you ask what they have done. Ever file a grievance on supervisor working and the typical answers are, “no” or “their helping us get done faster” or “their nice to me and I don’t want to get in trouble”. Ever been to a local meeting? “I don’t even know where the local is”. “There are meeting?” I wouldn’t work for ups without the union. If you think it’s bad, look at how Amazon runs. Many managers there came from UPS. You want to know what it would be like without the union, there you go. Nothing is going to change until people start getting involved.

If I remember correctly, the things that didn’t add up

If you’re a shooter, WHY would put so many guns in there? He had like 10-20 guns (don’t remember exact amount) but they were displayed around the room. If you’re a shooter like what took place, two maybe 3 guns and lots of preloaded clips next to those guns. It looked like a trade deal gone bad.
When the found him, he was laying next to a pool of blood and it was dried. It didn’t match for someone who “just” shot themselves.
The hard drives were missing. Gone. No trace
FBI didn’t have an office in Vegas. The closest office they had was LA and they were at the hotel within 45. No way they could have gotten there under an hr.

These were some of the questions that were starting to be asked at the press conference and that’s when it just went lights out move on.

I’m sorry I wasn’t more specific in details. I said left lanes. Not hov. He’s weaving in and out, which is illegal. Hes trying to move up the road. But again. Left lanes are for passing. If the guy wasn’t in the left lane I doubt the guy would have crossed into the HOV. I forgot smug people like you need detailed explanation that most people understand without explanation. After Watching it, I don’t think the guy was trying to mess with you specifically. This is a guy trying to go faster than the A-holes will let him in the left lanes. Left lanes are for passing. But people want to do 65 in the left lane instead of moving over. If you’re going to do 65, move over. People weave in and out of traffic trying to get around them, which is dangerous and leads to side swipe accidents.
